HI
Thank for asking to HCM
The main symptom in orthopedic case is pain and always have severe in intensity, along with the pain killing medicine I usually advise my patient to bare the pain as hard as you can, when you feel that it is over now, then and then take the pain killer, numbers of potent pain killers are available on counter you can try any one of them but first try to bare the pain as hard as you can it will come around have nice day.
