Sexually Active, Masturbate Lot. Itching At Tip Of Penis. Urine Reports Have Few Bacteria, Urine Is Turbid

Im sexually active with only my girlfriend and she's also same with me. my count goes 3 in month! I masturbate a lot. I have a strange itch at the tip of my penis but its inside. Its been more than a month. I had urine DR reports were all clear just this that a few becteria were found and my unrine was slight turbid.
I'm really worried for what is it. Reading on net I mostly came across that its STD but it isn't I haven't got any other syamptom. Please help me of what I'm suffering from

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have UTI due to frequent masturbation .

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.and later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Avoid sexual activities till it gets cured completely.
