Shaking, Headache, Stomach Discomfort. Symptoms Happen When On An Empty Stomach
over the past week I have had 3 separate incidences where I start to shake, then have a terrible headache and feel very sick. This will go on for about an hour and then I ll fall asleep. Once I wake I feel alot better however still funny in the stomache. I start to feel strange if I dont eat often. Once I start to have an empty stomache (not hungry at all) the symptoms start all over again.

I have gone through your question and form my clinical experience I can say that your presentation can be due to varied reasons ranging from simple falling in blood sugar levels ( as it happens when you don not eat) to some digestion problem to a case of seizure disorder. One needs to evaluate you throughly before prescribing you anything.
had I been treating you, I would get your sugar leves, both fasting and PP, thyroid , liver, kidney, lipid profile, an ultrasound abdomen. if everything is ok, then getting an EEG will help to find if there is a. case of seizure disorder ( as you have a shaky feeling, then strong headache, and later you feel sick and then go to sleep) , this is a strange presentation for any gastro-abdominal cause.
Theer is no need to panic, but please. see a doctor and get your self checked at least once.
please avoid staying hungry for long hours, by this you may help in preventing another attack.
