Shaky Body With Heart Beat Or When Working Or Tired. Treatment?

i have unsual sound which comes unexpextedly when am speaking, my body sometimes shake with my heart beats, when work or walk for sometimes i become tired.

Hi welcome to H.C.M.Forum. your problem appears to be hyper acidity, avoid spices, chillies, severe sour and junk foods. eat more curd with food, eat food at regular times. other cause is hypertension, you can exclude it by getting tested by local doctor, thank you.
