Sharp Abdominal Pains, Not On Periods. On Minera Coil Birth Control. Treatment?

Hi I have had minera coil fitted around a year ago and I have been experiencing really sharp pains in my lower abdorman for a few days. As I don t have periods or pain/ cramps I m starting to get worried. As I ve not had much luck with carrying my children I really do not want this to mean anything bad. Please could you help. Thanks
