hi, I have a sharp piercing pain in my right hip. It sometimes almost feels like a pulled groin muscle or maybe I somehow dislocated my hip. I can walk normal for awhile sometimes, but then suddenly the pain gets unbearable. Never had anything like this before. No major swelling or bruises, but it makes my thigh and knee feel numb. Would wrapping the area with ace bandages help? Pressure and massaging helps for awhile.
