Shivering Of Lip And Facial Muscles While Talking, Difficulty Talking, Cause ?
i have a problem,that is when i m talking my lips and muscles in my face are shivering and sometimes difficult to talk .i d like to know why i m facing such situation?i m getting panic always when i m talking with someone.

It seems most probably due to anxiety disorder.You will need to meet a psychiatrist for this .Certain therapies like Cognitive behavioral therapy will help you to deal with these kind of problems.
