Shortness Of Breath, Inability To Take Deep Breaths, Tingling Sensation. On Healthy Diet. What Is The Cause?

I've noticed very recently shortness of breath and the inability to take a deep breath. It's come on only recently and sporadically, but in the last few days has occurred more frequently and now comes with a little tingling of extremities. I am a 29 year old male who works out (lift weights) every day, very healthy diet, no smoking, only social drinking, etc.

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic
Your symptoms suggest that it may be bronchial asthma
This occurs when you are exposed to some triggers or viral infection, if you have a family history of asthma or allergic skin disease like eczema
Better consult a physician to confirm or rule out this possibility
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
