Dear friend,

Thanks for the query on iCliniq. I fully understand your concern for your agony.

As per the details given by you, the likeliest cause of your symptoms was dislodgement of a clot from your legs or pelvic region, which blocked the arteries in the lungs. Your doctor should given you medicines called anticoagulants which dissolve the clot in the lungs.

Please don't take it lightly, but get yourself thoroughly investigated and should be on long-term anticoagulants so as to prevent further similar episodes.

Also, the casual blood sugar level indicates that you have diabetes. The above mentioned condition is more common in uncontrolled diabetes. Please have your diabetes under ideal control; observe strict dietary restrictions and also do regular physical exercises, under supervision of your doctor.

Have a nice day.
So, you need to approach your doctor for complete evaluation and prescription of anti-diabetic medicines.
