my doctor prescribed two ointments to get rid of fissure and instructed to use thankOD cream before the stool and diltiact after??????does it work because i have read here that diltiact is used before the stool???????????/please help me i m totally confused

Yes diltiact should be use half an hour before the bowel movement and the other after. Anyways, start using this. You are also needed to take care in an additional way: Sitz bath in a tub with warm water. Mild laxative to have smooth stool. Diet as it suits you. No anxiety or stress. All these factors also help to heal up the fissure. And if there is a recurrence, go for surgery.
