Should ER Be Consulted For The Pain In Head And Knee After A Fall?

About 30 minutes ago I fell down maybe 7-10 steps. I remember the fall. I have minor neck/head pain. I struck my knee which is a little more painful. I do have slight nausea but I have gastrointestinal problems very often and am nauseous almost every day. Should I go to the ER is my question or wait awhile
