Should I Be Concerned About A Possible Overdose Of Sertaline?

I have been taking sertaline for a few years my dr. bump it up to 3 pills a day at 50 a pill I just relized that I was taking 3 a day and when i got my new perscription it read to take only take 1 and 1/2 a day I did not see that until now that they bumped it up to 100 a pill will I be ok?

I am so sorry to hear about this mixed up. You have taken the drug and had no immediate side effect and that's fine. There is no anticipated long term side effect that would be related to this. Talk to your doctor and understand what the exact dosage should be. I want to think he did that with a reason but not exactly sure unless he says so himself. Be calm, though this might have been higher than recommended, it still falls with the safety margin.
