Hello,

Cock rings do help more blood to collect in the penis, for harder erections and enhanced sexual pleasure but be gentle with yourself. The ring should always be applied on a flaccid or semi erect penis. If left there for long or removed after prolonged sex the cock ring can cause hurt and pain. It may cut off fresh blood circulation to the penis when used for too long and cause tissue damage. It should be removed gently.

It can cause injury to blood vessels within the penis and cause bleeding from the urethra. You are experiencing bleeding during urination. You are advised to get clinically examined by a Urologist. Bleeding while urinating may be indicative of injury, UTI, ruptured blood vessels, injury to the veins, etc. Get Urinalysis & Semen analysis done to detect infection, rupture of the veins or bleeding during ejaculation.

Your treatment will depend on the diagnosis made. Avoid the use of cock rings as they can cause penile ischemia, or even strangulation if used carelessly. It can lead to complications like necrosis, edema, urethral fistula, or even become life threatening. Do not neglect yourself, get treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
