Should I Be Concerned About Cancer Risk After Accidentally Eating Nuts With A Tiny Amount Of Melted Plastic On Them?

I was melting a plastic container with nuts inside with a lighter to get it open because it was stuck. An extremely tiny amount dripped onto a couple of the nuts. Once everything dried, I ate the nuts. My friend then told me doing that can cause cancer. I am very worried now. Do I need to be concerned?
