Should I Be Concerned About Child's Diarrhea And Fussiness?

My 10 week old baby (tomorrow) has been pooping a lot, upwards of 10 times per day. Initially during Dec. 5 , 6, 7th it was diarrhea and dark in colour. The stool has now transitioned to a mustard yellow, watery , a bit seedy and has a different odour. My son is excluisvely bottle fed. I had him at the docotor's last week for his two month appointment, he is now on probiotics. Physically he is thriving, eating and sleeping. He is a bit more fussy than normal, however, overall seems in good spirits, smiling, etc. Should I be concerned?

As long as he is not vomiting and tolerating feeds, passing urine there is nothing to worry about. He will recover fully in the next few days.
