Should I Be Concerned About Dizziness And Vomiting After Exposing To Noxious Gases During Pregnancy?

I am 26 weeks pregnant and was exposed to noxious gasses at work, due to an electrical fire. This happened last night and since then I have been vomiting, weak, dizzy and have a bad headache. The fumes from after the fire smelled very much like turpentine. Could I be poisoned and what should I do?

HELLO
I understand your problem, exposure to fume is dangerous in pregnancy specially up to 12 weeks of gestation since you are 26 week pregnant exposure hardly causes any congenital anomaly but i would advice consult your doctor once for fetal well being or go for ultrasound.
THANKYOU
