Should I Be Concerned About High T-3 And Low T-4 Levels Despite Normal TSH While Having Hypothyroidism Symptoms?

Good morning, I recently had my blood work done and my T-3 levels are high, my T-4 levels are low but my TSH level is normal. I tried telling my doctor about this but I was told that they don t provide medication unless my TSH levels were below or above normal. I feel like I am not myself because I have all the symptoms for Hypothyroidism. I am just wondering what to do because I still feel that I am not being listened to or heard from.
