Should I Be Concerned About High Platelet Count, B12 Deficiency, Weight Gain And Skin Issues After Taking Magnesium?

I have had test results over a 9 month span and the results are showing I have a high platelet count and B12 deficient cholesterol was high as well. I received a B12 injection and after 3 months I did a follow up blood test and my platelets are still high but lowered slightly (from 418 to 385). My cholesterol went from 5.38 to 5.32 and TSH went from 1.43 to 2.38. I have also put on so much weight it is undesirable. And these little pimples all over my back, shoulders and chest are so abundant nothing is taking them away. When I sit down, my feet turn blue as well. All of this has been discussed with my family doctor who has advised me to take magnesium. At the follow up appointment for the second blood results he told me ton increase my magnesium intake and recently referred me to a hematologist (who is retired, ugh). I currently take 300mg of effexor, and 30ml of Adderall for the pat 2 to 3 years. I have PTSD, Depression, Anxiety and ADHD. I also have this constant phlegm at the back of my throat to the point I suction it out with an aspirator because it is so large/thick trying to cough it out will not work. This has been since having covid the first time in 2022.
