Should I Be Concerned About Interactions Between Different Medications (most Of Which Are Psychotropic) I Take?

I take 11 different medications, 9 of which are psychotropic. Everything seems to have another drug with which it interacts. Do I bring this up with my doctor, or trust his knowledge of psychopharmacology and keep taking them all? Just in the last couple of days I've been so tired in the morning after taking my meds that I couldn't safely drive my kids to school.
