Should I Be Concerned About My Thyroid Resulting 0.02, Headache, Low Ferritin, Taking Levothyroxine?

I have been on levothyroxine for hypothyroidism for 20+ Years. I have lost 70 pounds since July 4th this year. I have been clean eating. Today my tsh was 0.02. I have shakes and sleeping pattern is totally interrupted. My bp was 151/91 today with headaches. I also have low ferritin of 6 should I be concerned?

Dear ma'm, HI ! you are in a state of fictitious thyrotoxicosis. what i mean in simple language is that you have been over treated. so, reduce your dose of levothyroxine to half of what you are taking. start iron replacement for low ferritin. repeat your tests in 6 weeks time and get back to me. Regards!
