Should I Be Concerned About Sudden Nausea Along With Chills And Vomiting?

Hello, I just returned from a camping trip and I am suddenly (within the last hour) feeling nauseous along with trembling. It advanced to the point where I had a very rapid, prominent heart rate and vomiting. I am assuming it is related to dehydration, but I am worried as I rarely feel nauseous, even when I am sick. Should I be concerned about this or is it just dehydration? Thank you!

Hello,

It may be gastritis or food poisoning or electrolyte imbalance or heat exhaustion. Drink plenty of water, check blood pressure and blood sugar levels. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.

Use tablet Ondonsetron twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Regards,
