Should I Be Concerned About The High Levels Of Granulocytes Having Diarrhea And Loss Of Appetite?

I m pregnant right now and I haven t been feeling very well for a few days (extra tired, burning muscles, lack of appetite, and mild diarrhea). i had blood tests done yesterday. My Immature Granulocyte, Absolute came back as 1.0 and my Immature Granulocytes came back as 1.4. According to the normal range, those numbers are above the normal range. Should I be worried about those numbers, if so what would they possibly indicate?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing. Immature Granulocytes ( IG ) are normally not present in peripheral blood film. But small variations above normal range is OK.
Healthy person do not have immature granulocytes present in their peripheral blood and consequently is a sign of infection as is in your case. Since you are pregnant so you must consult your gynecologist for diarrhea and Immature Granulocytes and take treatment as adivised
wish you good health.
Regards.
