Should I Be Concerned About The Pain And Weakness In My Left Arm?
I ve been having some pain and weakness in my left arm. It lasts less than a minute. I m 63 years old, female, 5 2 , 143 lbs. ; blood pressure 124 / 82 (this morning) I sometimes work out at Snap Fitness, lifting some weights. Should I be concerned?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
At your age, this pain and weakness in left arm are significant. It could be due to cervical spondylosis or cardiac disease. I would suggest you get X-rays of the neck and consult a cardiologist for cardiac disease.
Thanks.
