Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Should I Be Concerned As I Am Salivating During Bowel Movement, Sweating And Vomiting Bile?
During a bowel movement, which starts normally, I start salivating, and produce so much that I have to spit it out, sweating and nausea and usually end up vomiting bile. The motion becomes looser but never diarrohea. And then I get the shivers and feel exhausted. This happens 5- 6 times per year. Should I be concerned?
I really appreciate your concern, it may be functional condition but some time it can be happen in liver pathology (seldom ) condition seen if such symptom long last then it is better to see the doctor for clinical examination otherwise if try to control your thoughts prior to go for defection then it would be okay, if the condition long last then and then it would be matter of concern and you could go for investigation.
Hope this information helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Akhtarhusain Shaikh
