Should I Be Concerned For A Swollen Ankle After Taking Cocaine?

Hi - I recently made an extremely poor decision and indulged in some cocaine use with a friend who came in from out of town - I ve had moderately swollen ankles since, and am wondering if this is an urgent matter? I have only used cocaine a handful of times in my life, but never experienced this?

One ankle can be a serious blood clot, but not two. Cannot say in your particular case and ankle swelling can be due to liver, lung, kidney, or heart dysfunction. (or varicose veins, obesity, change in fluid retention, hormones and many other mild problems). Things like your age, family history and other risks of heart disease, if there's shortness of breath would change the likelihood of whether something is seriously wrong. A minor exam and EKG would tell if there is heart disease.
