Should I Be Concerned For Having Pregnancy With Extremely Thin Uterus?

HI :) I am 8 weeks pregnant with number 4...after three c-sections my obgyn told me that my uterus was extremely thin and if I got pregnant again the chance of me and my little one surviving would be thin...and here I am...10 years later...pregnant with a surprise number 4...i need any advice you have to offer...thank you.

At the outset, the time interval between the previous pregnancies and this one may have given sufficient time for the uterus to heal well. It is true that a thin uterus after a cesarean is harmful for the next pregnancy, but needs to be evaluated according to the situation. Please consult your gynecologist for immediate assessment through a trans-vaginal sonogram and a physical exam and if it is professed that you can go ahead with this pregnancy, please have regular check up and monitoring. Hope this helps.
