Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,
welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Every person with chronic medical condition are predisposed for anxiety and depression. These psychological conditions may also occur without complication of migraine.

Multiple somatic complaints like numbness and neck/back pain can also occur in anxiety and depression. It is not serious from the medical angle, but it is better to seek psychiatrist help for better quality of life.

Wish you good health and all the best.

Regards,
Dr Ashish Kumar Mittal
