Should I Be Concerned For Toddler Swallowing Chewing Tobacco?

Hi my 12 month old just swallowed chewing tobacco spit that my husband spit into a water bottle. I rinsed her mouth out well and gave her some milk. I tried to get her to throw up by putting my finger down her throat but she wouldn't. I don't think she ingested slot cause she starting spitting it out, should I take her to the emergency room?
