My boyfriend was rough with me during sex. He put 4 fingers in me and was being aggressive down there. He wanted me to go down on him, which I did. And I tasted my own blood. After that, he inserted back inside me. Should I be really concern?

There must be some internal abrasions or ulceration which is caused by nails of fingers and it happens in such aggesive situations
No need to be alarmed
Some antibacterial mucosal antibiotics ointment avilabe over the counter may be applied deep inside daily twice Make sure that your MC bleeding has not started.
Avoid any typeof sexual activity ln side vagina for some time so as the injury heals and does not get infected
if bleeding occurs again after these precautions please go to a Gynac for internal exsmination
