Should I Be Worried About Air Coming Out Of My Surgery Eye A Year After Retinal Detachment Procedure Whenever I Blow My Nose?
I had a retinal detachment a year ago and I noticed when I was unplugging my nose after going on an airplane that air kept coming out of my surgery eye. I have noticed this also happens when I blow my nose but only on my surgery eye. Should I be worried?
In my opinion, you should have a follow up with your ophthalmologist. I think, the air bubbles should be dissolved by a few weeks like 2-4 weeks and at the maximum by 6 weeks even after a complicated eye surgery.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
