Should I Be Worried If Child Is Vomiting And Has Enlarged Stomach?

I am wondering, if you had a toddler (26 mos) who has NEVER vomitted in her life vomit two nights in a row, would you be worried? She is telling me her tummy hurts during the day around her belly button. Her tummy is enlarged. No fever, chills, lethargy, snot, etc. Pretty good mood all day. Sunday night...vomit around 2 am. Ate less Monday but still good. Monday night at 2 am, vomit. Tuesday nothing. We took her off dairy, then allowed about 2T on Saturday of yogurt. But could she have a bateria or something?

Pediatrician 's  Response
greetings.
with the history that you have given it seems like that she has a mild infection or it could be a indigestion as well.
since there's no fever and just two episodes and otherwise child is normal I think you can wait for a little while and mean while give her lighter food.
hope this helps.
