Should I Be Worried If The Kid Is Normal After Intake Of Chicken Bone?

I think my son ate a chicken bone I am not sure , it happen 6 and half hours ago, but he seems fine laughing,playing,jumping around , eating , so should I be worried and I was told watch him and 72 hrs if he don t run a fever ,blood, in pain ,it will pass
