Should I Consider Taking Tablets For Continuously High Blood Pressure?

my blood pressure is continously 135/90. should i start getting blood pressure control tablet. some one says that once we start taking this tablet this would be the life long activity. currently my age is 39 years male. my weight is approx 92 kg. my height is 6ft 10inch. satyam tayal

Dear Sir,

I would advise you to do lifestyle changes for the first 6 months. Restrict salt in your diet avoid soda and fast food and exercise regularly. If your blood pressure doesn't decrease during six months, you will need treatment with a very low dose medications.
Also you will need to see your doctor to check whether there is any other organ disease which can cause high blood pressure.
