Should I Consult A Doctor For Heavy Vaginal Bleeding While On Dicynone And Provera?

hi...I m 31 years of age..been diagnose with PID ever since i had my son 12 year ago. i was told by a doc i needed a leparoscopy done based on my cesarean delivery and my PID problem which keep occurring and having constant pain..plus i did an ultra sound two months ago which shows a very thick womb lining so I ve been spotting and having heavy flow of bleeding for the past two months . i was put on dicynone and provera for ten days an I m on my fourth day now and the bleeding is worst then before.. need advise on what to do...if i should stop taking the pills or wait until the ten days are up...
