Should I Continue Diazepam 5mg While Taking HCG Diet?
hello my age is 41 I am 4'11 1/2 and I weigh 223 lbs-I am a smoker, a casual drinker with no current health problems-but I do take diazepam 5mg and am about to start the hcg diet this weekend-I feel that I should continue my Diazepam while taking the hcg-what do you think?
Hi. I have gone through your query and understand your concern,
in my opinion you should change your life style a little and then you wont need diazepam at all. I will suggest you not to smoke at all, if you cant stop then at least do not smoke after 5 pm, you are a casual drinker, its ok, but i willl advice you to cut down your alcohol intake also.
After 5 pm do not take Tea / Coffee, Chocolate, smoke. instead you should go for a evening walk or cycling, or gym for little physical workout.
I hope this was helpful for you.
Thanks & Regards Dr. Shiv
