Should I Continue Dressing My Sunburned, Blistered Diabetic Feet Or Use Neosporin Powder?
Sun burned feet base of both legs have developed blisters. Blister of one feet has already popped and the outermost skin had to be cut off.. Currently dressing is going on (using soframycin cream) but the wound is leaking with water. The other feet s blister was just popped to remove the water from it. The patient is diabetic, and due to infection a litte sugar level spike was observed. Internal fever and body pain is there since then. Should we continue the dressing? Or to use some powder say neosprorin? Should the wound be left open in such a case?
