Should I Continue Taking Sevasta For Clots During Periods?

Iam 49 yrs old and now iam taking sevasta 60mg as per doctors advise twice a week. I am 56 kg I had tumour in utrous as i got heavy clot n long lasting period .after doctors check up in march this year i started medicine and now my period stopped from May.Am i alright now pls advise me or shall i continue the same medicine.
