Should I Continue Using Clinface Gel For Acne Despite Extreme Dryness, Sensitivity, And Peeling, Or Should I Stop It?

Hello. I used Clinface gel from Squre pharmaceutical. I used it because of my acne problem. I used it only my nose area and chin area where the acnes are. After using it for two days, my skin become extreamly dry and sensitive. My skin was peeling and now I cam not even smile for extream dryness. If I use any moisturiser I feel like my skin burns. Should I contuniue the gel because my skin was peeling and i stopped using it like halfway done. Or should stop it. What should I do? Please help me I need emergency response.
