Should I Put Both Saline Solution And Clenil Compositum In A Nebulizer Together?
Hello Doctor has prescribed my 1 yr old (11 kg wt) baby to nebulize with 0.5 m of clenil comp. + 2 ml saline solution. I have 2 questions 1. Does it mean 0.5 mg i.e half of a vial (that has 0.8 mg per 2 ml vial )... or 0.5 ml i.e quarter of the 2 ml vial. 2. Should i put both saline solution snd clenil comp in nebulzer simultaneously or separately.
According to the prescription, it means that you should put in the nebulizer half of one ml solute it with 2 ml of normal saline both in the same time. However, if you are not so clear again you can call the treating doctor just for safety.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
