Should I Remove The Fibroid Before Going For An Artificial Insemination?

Hi Doctor! I got a sonar result says: anterior myometrium measuring 31 x 28 mm. I was just operatared and have fibroids removed last year in April 2013. I want to have a baby. Do i still have to remove this fibroid again before i get pregnant becauze i want to do artificial insemination.
