Should I See A Doctor After Being Bruised And Having Headache Due To A Fall?
I tripped and fell hard on sidewalk. Didn't lose consciousness. Happened about 9 hours ago. Forehead, nose and under nose above lips really scraped. Those areas began to swell but got swelling down with ice pack. Have a headache now. Is it from bruise or should I see a doctor? Should I not sleep? Thank you.

It seems from the history that you had a fall following which you are having swollen face nose and lips... associated with headache.
These symptoms are not indicating any sign of head injury. The signs which require urgent consultation are loss of consciousness, bleeding from ears or nose...
Since you are not having any of these symptoms you can take consultation from your doctor and today you can use done analgesic drugs.
