Should I See A Doctor For Fluttering In Chest And Swelling On Face?

I have fluttering on the left side of my chest and swelling in my face and arms and hands. I gained 13 lbs in about a week of fluid. Should I see someone asap or just make an appointment? what could this possibly be? Also its pretty constant for about 2 weeks now and shortness of breath

You need to be evaluated for your heart and your kidney functioning..
Consult your family doctor asap and ask for prescribing you the list of investigations to evaluate both the organs
