Should I See A Physician For Persistent Pain And Sensitivity In My Left Testicle And Groin Area?

I have a pain radiating from my left testicle. It is sensitive to touch, especially on the top of the left testicle. My whole left groin area hurts. The pain is a numb persisting pain ranging from a 3/10 - 6/10. It sometimes helps to lay down but still persists even when laying down. I am 28 yo South east asian male. Should I see a physician?
