Should I Seek Medical Advice For Green Colour Stool 2 Days After Controlled Dysentery In A 4 Year Old?

My son is 4 years old and he is dysentery for the past 2 days and seen a pediatrician, his symptoms are controlled, but today he started green colour stooling. Please let me know if this is normal or should I seek medical attention for my child. He is given probiotic also.

Accepting feeds well, no pain abdomen, no vomiting, no dehydration then there is no need to be worried
