Should I Seek Medical Attention For Constipation After Taking Norco And Nexium For Injury?

Last Monday I mashed off the end of my finger and was prescribed Norco every 6 hours prn and Keflex 500 Mg 4x per day. Two weeks ago I had an egd and was diagnosed with a benign duodenal ulcer and Barrett's esophagus with pre-cancerous cells. I tested negative for h. pylori. I am currently taking Nexium 40mg/day and sucralfate. I only took a total of 3 Norcos, but have been taking the Keflex religiously. I began taking the Nexium and sucralfate on Friday. I have not had a normal bowel movement since before taking the Norcos. They have all been watery or loose and sludgy. I have had a constant feeling of an uneasy stomach accompanied with a feeling of a lump in my throat and a burning feeling below my sternum. I ran a fever of 100° on Thursday, but it didn't last for more than about 6 hours. I have a diminished appetite. I administered a saline enema yesterday and began taking dulcolax stool softeners. Since then I have had slightly solid but small, thin stools. My appetite is returning slightly, but I don't know if I have a bowel obstruction due to constipation. Should I seek medical attention or wait and see?
