Hello,

Welcome to HCM and thank you for your query.
You can stop after 21 tablets this time and wait for your periods.
Next cycle, start taking the tablets on the first day of the periods itself and then you can take all 24 tablets.
In PCOD, Dronis will help you regularise your periods. It is not enough if you are trying to conceive.
If you have further queries, I am available.
Take Care
Dr Noble Zachariah
