Hello,

You are suggested to stop applying Demelan cream Your skin has become sensitive. You might have over applied it in excess due to which the skin is peeling and burning. Do not fiddle with your skin, allow it to heal. Do not touch or scratch. You can apply a thin layer of Soframycin ointment to help it heal & to prevent it from getting infected. Cold compress will be helpful. Take 8hrs of quality sleep, lack of sleep may be a factor that causes you the symptoms.

Avoid direct exposure to sun and stay well hydrated. Applying almond oil and vitamin E will help to lighten the skin around the eyes. Wear sunglasses and take a balanced diet. Some topical creams include vitamin C, hydroquinone, or retinol, it will help to fade pigmentation, and improve skin texture. Get clinically examined by a Dermatologist. You may be recommended to get treated by laser therapy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
