Should I take Himalaya Speman on an empty stomach or with a meal? The label doesn t specify. I notice when I take it on an empty stomach i get cramps but not diarrhea but soft stools. I am afraid of taking it with a meal because if it doesn t get absorbed correctly.

You can take Himalaya Speman on empty stomach or with a meal.
Since you are getting cramps in empty stomach and soft stools, you can take it 30 to 45 minutes after meal. That should not hamper the absorption of drug much.
