Should I Take Kaopectate For Soft Bowel Movements?
I have been experiencing some bowel issues for several days after returning from a vacation.
The stools are soft and I am going constantly all day but just a little at a time. At first I thought I was constipated but once I started to to go it doesn't seem to stop. Should I take Kaopectate for this? Bowels are not real loose. It doesn't seem runny as diarehea is.
Please advise.

Hi,
The active ingredient of Kaopectate is loperamide which is used for diarrhea treatment. You can use it six three times a day. Meanwhile you can also use probiotics daily and eat plain foods such as rice, bananas and toast.
