Should I Take Phentermine 37.5 Mg Daily?

My DR prescribed 15mg of phentermine once daily. I started 5/2 changed my diet and work out 3 x s a day but haven t lost any weight. Should I be taking the normal adult dosage of 37.5 mg? I dont have any other medical conditions, blood work came back amazing. I am 5 6 190 lbs female.

Phentermine hydrochloride ,the dosage may be adjusted to the patient’s need.
For some patients, half tablet (18.75 mg) daily may be adequate, while in some cases it may be desirable to give half tablets (18.75 mg) two times a day.

Dosage should be individualized to obtain an adequate response with the lowest effective dose

I would suggest you to take your doctor's advice before changing dosage to avoid side effects and complications.
